Aaxonn conducts caregiving courses for family members and MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers) providing care for family members. Our caregiving courses cater to family members who are in various stages of physical and mental seniority. It includes seniors who may be mobile but frail, those who are in need of wheelchairs and mobility assistance and those who are bed-bound. Each of these is a specialisation option requiring knowledge and use of different techniques.
Aaxonn's Eldercare courses are approved for funding under the Caregivers Training Grant (CTG) administered by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC - an organisation that comes under the Ministry of Health). Aaxonn is an AIC accredited training provider for conducting CTG courses.
Our AIC approved courses are also SFC (Skills Future Credit) eligible. Please enquire with us for more details.
Aaxonn has been actively conducting Home-based and Class-based Caregiver Training for family caregivers and Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) caring for the elderly. Aaxonn’s trainers are qualified nurses experienced in home-care and geriatric care.

Aaxonn provides Corporate Training in Safety for industry, especially where these skills are mandated by governing bodies for the specific job scopes. These can include for example Sports Coaches, Early Childhood educators and safety officers. Aaxonn is also accredited by Singapore Pickleball Association (SPA) to provide Coach and Referee training.

In the context of Singapore's rapidly aging society, the role of Migrant Domestic Workers has increased significantly. Apart from housekeeping skills, the scope of MDWs has expanded to now include providing health-related care and safety needs to seniors in their employers' household.
Aaxonn provides training for MDWs with the skills being sought by their employers.
